The Gift Certificate is redeemable ONLY at Mad Over Donuts' stores across India except at airport kiosks | Please produce/announce this Gift Certificate to the store manager before placing your order | The Gift Certificate shall at times be subject to the availability of the foods and beverages in the Mad Over Donuts' stores and the Company shall not be held responsible if on a particular day some food and beverages items are not available | The Gift Certificate shall not be treated as credit cards or smart cards etc | Only food products and beverages available at the respective Mad Over Donuts' stores can be redeemed with this Gift Certificate | Photocopies/torn/damaged Gift Certificates will not be accepted or treated as valid | No duplicate will be issued if this Gift Certificate is stolen/lost/misplaced | This Gift Certificate is valid for 3 months from the issue date and the validity shall not be extended under any circumstances | This Gift Certificate can be redeemed only ONCE and on single visit | No partial redemption or partial use shall be allowed | No partial refund will be done | Any additional cost (more than the Gift Certificate value) is to be paid by the bearer | Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, credit note for future whatsoever | Gift Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be resold | This Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed or clubbed with any other offer, promotions or with any other schemes | The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time | Decision of the management of the Company will be final | These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian laws and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
